How to avoid fake jobs
- Never pay an advance fee, registration fee, or “processing” charge to get a job.
- Never pay a security deposit — no genuine employer asks for one before joining.
- Don’t share documents (Aadhaar, PAN, bank details) until you’ve verified the employer.
- Never make a payment to a personal bank account, UPI ID, or wallet.

Red flags to watch for
- 🚩Salary that looks too high for the role or experience.
- 🚩Immediate joining or an offer without any interview.
- 🚩Asking for payment into a personal account or UPI.
- 🚩Pressure to pay or share documents “right now”.
- 🚩Vague company details or no verifiable contact.
