• Users must provide accurate and truthful information (name, education, experience, phone number, preferred location) in their profile.
• Fraud, fake information, spam or misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited.
• WorkistoIndia has the right to remove or block any fake, misleading or inappropriate profile/job at any time, without prior notice.

• Employers must provide genuine details such as company name, address, phone, email and valid documents (GST, PAN, ROC, etc.) for verification.
• All jobs posted on the website must be real and actually available.
• Employers are not allowed to charge any fee (registration fee, training fee, deposit, etc.) from candidates. If such activity is detected, the employer’s account may be suspended or blocked.

• Employers can purchase paid plans (for example: extra job posts, boost job visibility, featured listings).
• All payments are processed through secure online payment gateways. Cash payments to WorkistoIndia are not accepted.

• The website must be used only for legitimate job search and job posting activities.
• Any attempt to post fake jobs, defraud candidates, or misuse employer data is a violation of these terms.
• If fake jobs or fraudulent behavior is reported, WorkistoIndia may suspend or block the user’s account immediately.

• WorkistoIndia is only a platform that connects job seekers and employers.
• We do not guarantee job offers, salary, payment, or working conditions; these are the responsibility of the employer.
• WorkistoIndia shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the user’s own false information, misuse of the platform, or failure to verify employers.

• User details such as name, phone number, email, job preferences, and basic profile data are used only for job matching and communication between candidates and employers.
• We will not sell or share user data to third parties without explicit consent, except where required by Indian law or in cases of fraud investigation.

• WorkistoIndia reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• By continuing to use the website, users agree to the updated terms.

The availability of vacancies as well as suitable candidates depends entirely on market conditions and is not under the control of WorkistoIndia.

If a job seeker or an employer does not get the desired job or candidate, WorkistoIndia will not be held responsible and no refund will be given under such circumstances.
